Epoxy

Epoxy flooring is a synthetic resin that hardens to create a durable, long-lasting floor that is east to maintain and aesthetically pleasing. Epoxy is installed using a two-day system; base coat and design on day one then top coat sealant on day two. Epoxy is a cost effective flooring system that can be fully customized. Great for basements, garages and outdoor patios and pool decking.

Polyaspartic vs Polyurea

Polyaspartic is a UV stable resin that seals in your epoxy flooring, known as a top coat. It is fast curing and is used for all areas exposed to sunlight. It can be applied using a one or two-day system dependent on base coat selection.

Polyurea is also a UV stable resin that is applied using a one-day system. Great for those who have busy schedules or an event deadline. Polyurea has increased flexibility that is well-suited for areas that require high impact resistance such as garages that double as a workshop.

Non-Skid

Adds texture and grip to epoxy floors, providing an extra level of safety for those high traffic areas or environments with increased exposure to spills or moisture.

Moisture Vapor Barrier

MVB is recommended for residential areas that reside near the flood line, such as basements that flood in heavy rain. MBV helps protect concrete from the ground up. Increased pressure buildup associated with high moisture can create cracks in your concrete, and ultimately epoxy flooring in extreme conditions. MVB blocks increased pressure and protects your new flooring.
